Blockbuster director Trinadha Rao Nakkina is stepping into movie production with his upcoming crime-comedy drama "Chaurya Paatham." He is introducing the young and talented Indra Ram as the hero. Nikhil Gollamari, who worked as an associate director for films like "Karthikeya 2" with Chandoo Mondeti, is making his directorial debut with this movie. Produced under the Nakkina Narratives banner with V Choodamani as the co-producer, the film's teaser and trailer have already created buzz with their thrilling crime and dark humor blend. The songs have become super hits. Set to be one of the biggest attractions of the summer, "Chaurya Paatham" is hitting theaters on April 25th. On this occasion, hero Indra Ram shared details about the film in a press meet.
What is your background? How did this movie begin?
"I am from Vijayawada, where I completed my education. I did engineering at Delhi University. Along with studies, I learned gymnastics and dance. I have loved movies since childhood, and I believe that interest is bringing me here. When I learned that Nakkina Garu was starting this production house, I met him. That's how this journey began. In this film, the story is the main hero. We made this film honestly. Nakkina Trinath Garu produced this film with a lot of passion. He is also actively involved in the film's promotions. This is not a regular film. The story writer Karthik's father worked as an IG. He took off on a similar case. There was an incident where a bank was on one street, and they took a room on another street, dug a tunnel from there, and broke into the bank. Fiction was added to that to make this film."
What kind of homework did you do for this movie?
"We did a lot of homework. There are no references for making such a film. Art director Nagendra took a lot of care in creating the tunnels in this movie. It's a different world. We worked very hard, and it shows on screen. A fictional village was created in this."
"This is a very different genre film. The output is amazing. We are confident that the audience will definitely like the movie."
How will Rajeev Kanakala's character be?
"Rajeev Kanakala Garu really liked the film's content. His character in this is also strong. We are happy that he is also a part of the film's promotions."
Have you done any movies before?
"I like Ram Gopal Varma Garu. I went to him for a movie opportunity. He gave me a character during the 'Vangaveeti' movie. I also have a journey with director Ajay Bhupathi. 'RX 100' was a movie I was supposed to do, but it didn't work out due to some reasons. Karthikeya did an amazing job."
"I am ready to do key roles as well, not just as a hero. My goal is to be known as a good actor."
What about heroine Payal Radhakrishna?
"Payal knows Telugu, which made working with her even easier. She is a good actor. Her performance in this will impress everyone."

"Director Nikhil is a director with a very clear vision. He wrote everything perfectly and shot everything in a planned manner."
"Vijay Sethupathi Garu, Naga Chaitanya Garu, and Varun Tej Anna all supported this film. Sajjanar Garu's interview was also very helpful."
"After watching the trailer, Vijay Sethupathi Garu asked us to release the film in Tamil. He spoke to me for almost half an hour. With the encouragement he gave, we are also releasing this film in Tamil."
