Produced by Studio 99, the film stars Teja and Tanmayi in lead roles, with Venkat Siddareddy as Executive Producer and Spirit Media handling distribution. Released grandly on May 16th, "23" has been running successfully, earning praise from both audiences and critics. To celebrate this success, the makers recently held a success meet.
