Leading Tamil cinema actor Ravi Mohan is set to embark on a new chapter in his career, making his debut as a producer with his upcoming film titled 'BroCode.' In addition to producing, Mohan will also play the pivotal protagonist role in the film, which will be directed by Karthik Yogi, known for his work on films like Dikkiloona and Vadakkupatti Ramasamy.
Produced under Ravi Mohan's newly launched banner, Ravi Mohan Studios, 'BroCode' promises to be a fun-filled entertainer with significant elements of slapstick comedy.
A Stellar Ensemble and Creative Team
The film will feature acclaimed actor S.J. Suryah in a significant character role, adding another layer of star power to the project. The makers have also revealed that four leading female actors will be part of the cast, with an official announcement regarding their names expected soon.
The technical team behind 'BroCode' boasts impressive talent. Cinematography will be handled by Kalaiselvan Sivaji, renowned for his work on Por Thozhil. The music will be composed by Harshavardhan, the acclaimed composer behind hit soundtracks for films like Animal and Arjun Reddy. Pradeep E. Raghav will take on editing duties, and A. Rajesh will be the art director.
Director's Vision and Production Schedule
Speaking about the project, director Karthik Yogi shared his enthusiasm: "When I narrated the story to Ravi Mohan, he thoroughly enjoyed it and immediately came forward to produce it. The film features scenes rich in slapstick humor and is designed to offer a unique cinematic experience to the audience."
The production team has announced that the film’s shoot is scheduled to commence in September.
Meanwhile, Ravi Mohan continues to be active on the acting front, with roles in Parasakthi, directed by Sudha Kongara, and Karate Babu, directed by Ganesh K. Babu, also in his pipeline.
