Ghazal Srinivas Hails 'Kannappa' as a Devotional Masterpiece

After the screening, Ghazal Srinivas showered immense praise on the team: "Mohan Babu garu has magnificently brought Kannappa’s life onto the silver screen. From start to finish, the film is thoroughly gripping, without a single dull moment. The first half introduces Kannappa to the devotees, while the second half, filled with devotional emotion, shows how Kannappa becomes known to Lord Shiva. It has been made to Hollywood standards."

He continued, "Just like devotional films such as Annamayya and Sri Ramadasu, 'Kannappa,' too, will find a place among the greatest devotional films. The film features Prabhas, Akshay Kumar, Mohanlal, Sarath Kumar, and Manchu Mohan Babu. Vishnu has portrayed Kannappa exceptionally."

Srinivas also shared a personal experience: "I watched the movie twice. When I watched it in Chennai with Rajinikanth, Prabhu Deva, and Bhagyaraj, our eyes welled up with tears."

On the occasion of the film completing 10 days since its release, today's special screening was attended by many spiritual leaders and devotees, including Save Temples Bharat's Shri Shri Rajeshwar Nath Ji from the Aghori tradition, Shiva Swamiji from the Veera Shaiva tradition, Yogini Lalitha Ji, Bhakti Chaitanya Swamiji, a Maha Swamy Ji who came from the Himalayas, Dayanand Maharaj, along with many other sadhus, aghoris, naga sadhus, matajis, and numerous Hindi brothers from the RSS.

Srinivas concluded by mentioning the film's global reception: "Even Hollywood media gave positive reviews. Rajinikanth himself sent a message saying the film was wonderful."

Mohan Babu, who felicitated the guests, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the audience for making 'Kannappa' a grand success.
