The much-awaited pan-India film #PuriSethupathi, starring versatile actor Vijay Sethupathi and directed by Puri Jagannadh, has officially completed its shooting schedule. The project, produced under Puri Connects and JB Motion Pictures with Charmme Kaur as co-producer, is one of the most talked-about films of 2025.
The team commemorated the wrap-up with an emotional and cheerful video showing Vijay Sethupathi’s heartfelt farewell to the unit. Expressing deep gratitude, Vijay shared how much he’ll miss working with the crew and highlighted the memorable and joyous nature of the filming journey. Director Puri Jagannadh and Charmme Kaur echoed similar sentiments, reflecting on the warm bonds formed during the project. In a lighter moment, Vijay amusingly complimented Puri’s jacket, adding charm to the farewell.
The film features Samyuktha as the female lead, with notable appearances from Tabu, Duniya Vijay Kumar, Premgi, and VTV Ganesh, the last two bringing comedic relief. The music composition is helmed by National Award winner Harshavardhan Rameshwar, stirring high expectations for the film’s soundtrack and score.
With filming wrapped, the makers are gearing up to unveil the title and first-look poster soon. The film will release in five languages: Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi, promising to be a major Pan-India entertainer.
