The makers of the Tamil-Telugu historical drama Draupathi 2 have unveiled a striking first look of Rakshana Induchoodan portraying Draupathi Devi, a pivotal character enriching the narrative with emotional and dramatic depth. Directed by Mohan G., the film expands on the universe established in the 2020 hit Draupathi, tracing the saga of the 14th-century Hoysala emperor Veera Vallalar III, the valorous Kadavarayas of Sendhamangalam, and the turbulent times impacted by the Mughal invasion of Tamil Nadu.
Produced by Chola Chakravarthy of Netaji Productions in collaboration with G. M Film Corporation, Draupathi 2 offers a grand narrative canvas blending cultural heritage with epic storytelling. Alongside Rakshana Induchoodan, the ensemble cast includes Richard Rishi, Natti Natraj, Y.G. Mahendran, Nadodigal Barani, and others, enriching the film’s layered historic ambiance.
