The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has cleared the film with a U/A certificate. The censor board members appreciated the project, describing it as a wholesome family entertainer packed with high emotional depth, romance, and clean comedy.

O..! Sukumari is being bankrolled on a lavish scale by producer Maheswara Reddy Mooli under the prominent Ganga Entertainments banner. This marks the production house's prestigious second venture following their critically acclaimed debut film Shivam Bhaje.
Helmed by debutant director Bharat Darshan, the film has already triggered strong curiosity among audiences through its well-received first-look posters, teaser, and melodious tracks. Moving full steam ahead, the makers have officially locked the O Sukumari release date for July 17, spanning a grand theatrical release across five languages: Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
