Marking the birthday of hero Rohith Nara, the makers of his 23rd film officially unveiled its title and first-look poster. Titled Sound Engineer, the movie is being mounted as a wholesome, feel-good family entertainer packed with romance, clean comedy, and strong emotional beats.
The film marks the directorial debut of Chinimilli Manikumar, who has also penned the story and screenplay. Produced by Bharath Chowdary under the Karan C Productions LLP banner, the project promises to resonate with audiences across all age groups.
A Meditative First Look & Creative Concept Video
The first-look poster introduces Rohith Nara in a remarkably serene avatar. Clad in a simple white kurta-pyjama, his character (Vishnu) is seen peacefully meditating atop a terrace, backed by a pastel-hued city skyline that radiates warmth and calmness.
Adding a clever contrast to this peaceful visual is the vibrant title logo—featuring a heart-shaped speaker design, sound waves, and fun doodles. To top it off, the team dropped a hilarious concept video narrated by comedian Sudarshan. The video humorously hints at the protagonist having a hearing impairment, which earned him the quirky moniker "Sound Engineer."

Rising actress Nayan Sarika plays the female lead opposite Rohith Nara. The film boasts a powerhouse ensemble cast, including Naresh VK, Rohini, Sampath, and Ajay in key roles. The comedy quotient gets a massive boost with seasoned performers like Vennela Kishore, Sudarshan, Brahmaji, and Raghu Karumanchi.
On the technical front, musical maestro Yuvan Shankar Raja is set to compose the soundtrack, while Venkat C. Dileep handles the cinematography and Supriyaa Battepati oversees production design.
