Thanks to the "Baahubali" franchise, young rebel star Prabhas has become a popular hero with a huge market across India. However, his next two projects, "Saaho" and "Radhe Shyam," disappointed the audience. In order to sustain his craze and stabilize his market, he needs to score some big hits. Currently, he is working on some high-budget projects, but they are facing several hurdles.

"Adipurush" was planned for a Sankranti release, and the teaser was released in October. However, the poor quality of visuals shocked everyone, and the film was severely trolled by netizens. Due to the heavy negativity, director Om Raut decided to postpone the release to June 16th and work on post-production.

In addition, Prabhas suffered a personal loss when his Pedananna Krishnam Raju passed away, which led to further postponement of shootings. He is also doing an action flick titled "Salaar," which is expected to release on September 28th as announced, but there are no updates on the movie in the last couple of months. Prabhas wants to release "Adipurush" first, which makes things even more difficult for "Salaar."

Prabhas is also working on a science fiction film based on time traveling, titled "Project K," which is all set to release on January 12th, 2024, as announced by the makers. However, legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan, who plays a key role in the movie, got injured during shooting, and he is now taking rest for a couple of weeks, which means that production has come to a halt. Many have already concluded that the movie will be postponed.

There are no updates about "Raja Deluxe" either, as Prabhas is allotting dates very sporadically for this flick. It seems that the star hero's films are facing hurdles all the time without any respite.
