Energetic hero Ram Pothineni and dashing director Puri Jagannath teamed up Double iSmart, a sequel to iSmart Shankar. Puri and Charmi are jointly producing this film, which was officially announced sometime back. Action scenes are being shot on Ram in Mumbai at the moment. Puri Jagannath is making this movie after the Liger movie turned out to be a disaster. As the story was good, Ram agreed to make this film. After a gap of almost a year, Puri brought this movie on the sets and expectations are high on the movie, given the huge of its prequel.
Although, the shooting has become, the details of heroines are not yet revealed. It is doubtful whether Nidhi Aggarwal and Nabha Natesh who acted in iSmart Shankar will act in this movie. The reason is that Double iSmart movie is being made on pan India level. Therefore, there are reports that Bollywood heroines are likely to act in this film. They say that the heroines have not been confirmed yet. It is to be seen who from Bollywood will be cast opposite Ram.
