Energetic hero and director Puri Jagannath’s combination film Double iSmart, a sequel to iSmart Shankar, started filming recently in Mumbai with a puja ceremony.
At present, Ram is shooting some action sequences for the movie. Puri, who recently tried his luck in Bollywood with Liger, seems to be approaching a few Bollywood stars to come on board this movie, mainly to play the villain role. It is heard that the director approached Sanjay Dutt to play the villain in this pan-India movie, and for this, the actor reportedly asked for a hefty remuneration, given the craze the first outing of the movie has.
Sources say that Charmee and Puri okayed paying Sanjay the amount he demanded because they were sure of this film’s success.
On an interesting note, today, the makers announced that it will give a massive update about the film tomorrow.
That being said, no official confirmation has yet been made. Moreover, the film’s leading ladies are also yet to be announced. The names of Bollywood heroines are being considered, and the cast details will be announced soon.
