The trailer for 'Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty' is out. The rom-com will hit the screens on September 7.
It appears that Anushka Shetty is playing a chef with a troubled past. She hates the concept of marriage but not the idea of motherhood. She seeks a male donor and in comes our hero, played by Naveen Polishetty. The male lead, a stand-up comedian, comes across as a practical-minded, smart and talented person to her.
But the female lead's curious thinking leaves the hero nonplussed. He knows that he has been trapped in the No Man's Land, somewhere between the 'Bro Zone' and the 'Friend Zone'. "This is a Use and Throw Zone," he laments comically.
Towards the end of the trailer, the 'Baahubali' heroine says that she doesn't mind CCTV capturing her in action. This is quite a bold depiction by direction Mahesh Babu P.
The movie also stars Murali Sharma (as the male lead's father), Jayasudha, Tulasi, and other actors in key roles. Produced by UV Creations, the rom-com will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
