'Game Changer' was announced in early 2021. The film, starring Ram Charan in the lead, is rumoured to be skipping even Summer 2024. As per the latest gossip in the industry, the pan-India film will grace the silver screens in August next year. That is, about a year from now.
At a film event on Monday, when producer Dil Raju arrived on the stage, Mega fans greeted him with loud cheers. The producer knew that the cheers were meant to prod him to share some or the other update related 'Game Changer'.
To everyone's surprise, Dil Raju said that any update about the prestigious film will have to come only from director Shankar. He made it clear that nothing is there in his hands.
Even though Ram Charan is a superstar and Dil Raju is one of the biggest producers in the country, neither of them can force the '2.0' director to expedite 'Game Changer'. That's because Shankar is not bound to complete 'Game Changer' as long as he is busy with Kamal Haasan's 'Indian 2'. The 'RRR' actor has no other choice but to wait for Shankar to restart the shoot and complete the film at the earliest.
