Just recently, after Chandrababu Naidu's arrest, sections of Tollywood media said that 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh' won't be resuming its shoot anytime soon. Power Star Pawan Kalyan was expected to focus on politics and abandon 'UBS' and 'OG' for the rest of this month and even next month. But the narrative around the movie has changed overnight.
On Wednesday night, Mythri Movie Makers surprised everyone by saying that 'UBS' is in for a non-stop power-packed schedule. Director Harish Shankar later posted a pic of himself celebrating his "unconditional" bonding with the Jana Sena Party chief. 'UBS' has music by Devi Sri Prasad.
'UBS', co-starring Sree Leela, is scheduled to release in 2024. When exactly it will hit the screens that year is not yet known. Pawan's fans would like to watch it for Sankranthi when Mahesh Babu's 'Guntur Kaaram', 'Hanu-Man', 'Naa Saami Ranga' and 'Eagle' are also scheduled to hit the screens. Prabhas' 'Salaar' has also some chances of hitting the screens before Sankranthi.
Meanwhile, Pawan's 'OG' is also up for a release. Directed by Sujeeth, the film is produced by DVV Entertainments. With music by Thaman, the film's teaser was released recently on September 2.
