The Telugu-only OTT platform Aha has announced the release date of its next big OTT offering. Titled 'The Great Indian Suicide', the web film will be released on October 6.
Starring Ram Karthik and Hebah Patel (both as pathological individuals wanting to die by suicide), the film delves into the psychology of suicide. Based on some shocking and mysterious incidents that took place in Madanapalle in Andhra Pradesh, this Viplove Koneti directorial is about the role of superstitions in holding humans captive.
Senior Naresh and Pavithra Lokesh will be seen in major roles alongside Jayaprakash. Ajay V Nag (cinematography), Dharmendra Kakarla (editing), and Sricharan Pakala (music) have worked on the film.
Aha will be streaming a comedy-drama titled 'Papam Pasivadu' starting September 29. Starring Sreerama Chandra as the hero, the series is produced by Akhilesh Vardhan and helmed by Lalith Kumar. Jose Jimmy has composed its music.
