'Bhamakalapam 2' is coming out as a thematic sequel to 'Bhamakalapam' (2022), the web Original. Aha Video today unveiled the heist thriller's teaser.
We see Priya Mani and her comrade-in-arms, played by Saranya Pradeep, heading out to commit an offence. Are they doing it for self-defence? Or, are they driven by a bigger motive? That's a mystery for now.
Saranya's character describes Priya Mani as a "dangerous housewife" before they stylishly head out with weapons in their hands. "The CRAZIEST Partners reunite to serve you all 'A Delicious Heist Feast’ yet again (sic)," Aha wrote, sharing the teaser.
Directed by Abhimanyu Tadimeti, the web film is touted to be a heist comedy with loads of dark humour. While Priya Mani, who covered up a crime in the first part, looks tense in the teaser, there could be more to her character. Seerat Kapoor, Brahmaji, Raghu Mukherjee, among others, are part of the cast. Bapineedu B and Sudheer Edar of Dream Farmers have produced the web film. With music by Prasanth R Vihari of 'Chi La Sow' fame, 'Bhamakalapam 2' will stream on Aha soon.
