Indian filmmakers have ventured into the realm of survival thrillers in recent times. However, the genre of survival comedy remains relatively uncommon, particularly within the realm of Telugu cinema. 'NAMO', which tells a forest-based story involving a bunch of fun-loving city-dwellers and a hunters' community, is one such film. Written and directed by Aditya Reddy Kunduru, the film's teaser is out.
Releasing the teaser, actor Satyadev wished the team all the best. "Going by the teaser, the film is going to be a fun ride. Please watch and encourage this film. I feel it is going to be a pleasant comedy," Satyadev added.
Most of the film was shot in the Sileru forest region. Nagesh Mohan is what the title means. (By the way, Narendra Modi is referred to as NaMo in short).
Co-starring Vismaya Sri, Anuroop Katari, Virendra Chauhan, Mayanand Thakur, Meka Rama Krishna, Srinivas Bogireddy, Vadlamani Srinivas, and others, the entertainer is produced by A Prashant and presented by Madhan Kumar Pulluru. Shot by cinematographer Rahul Shrivatsav, its music is composed by Kranthi Acharya Vadluri. Edited by Sanal Anirudhan, 'NAMO' has art direction by Kiran Kumar Manne. Action Direction is by M Srinivas and dance choreography is by Rajini Master, respectively.
