Actor Sree Vishnu and director Hasith Goli of 'Raja Raja Chora' fame have joined hands for 'SWAG'. TG Vishwa Prasad of People Media Factory is producing the comedy entertainer.
Days after the film's title was announced on the birthday of the 'Samajavaragamana' actor, today, on the occasion of Ritu Varma's birthday, a special video was put out by the makers. We see the 'Pelli Choopulu' actress (playing Queen Rukmini Devi) as a supercilious, man-hating chieftain in the video. "The Vinjamara Dynasty will finish the ego of men," she asserts with the force of a parodic Sivagami.
Sree Vishnu, wishing her a happy birthday, hits back by warning that the victory will be SWAGanika Dynasty's. The dynasty represents the hegemony of men.
The pre-release promotional material of 'SWAG' continues to be curious. The film's cinematography and music are by Vedaraman Sankaran and Vivek Sagar, respectively. Edited by Viplav Nyshadham, the comedy caper's release date is not known yet.
The cast details of the movie have been revealed in a phased manner.
