"Maa Kaali" Triumphs at Jaipur International Film Festival, Wins Best Political Film
Following its world premiere at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI), Maa Kaali, the upcoming trilingual film from the renowned production house People Media Factory, has bagged the prestigious Best Political Film award at the Jaipur International Film Festival (JIFF). Produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and TG Krithi Prasad, this impactful film, directed by Vijay Yelakanti, stars Raima Sen and Abhishek Singh in the lead roles.
On January 17th, 2025, director Vijay Yelakanti and leading lady Raima Sen graced the JIFF ceremony to receive the coveted award.

The film highlights the brutal massacres in Calcutta and Noakhali (present-day India and Bangladesh), exposing the truth behind the Direct Action Day that ultimately led to the partition of India.
