Aadhi Pinisetty and director Arivazhagan, who previously delivered the superhit "Vaishali," have reunited for another intriguing supernatural crime thriller, "Shabdam." Produced by Shiva of 7G Films, the film also features Simran, Laila, and Lakshmi Menon in pivotal roles. With its promotional content generating significant buzz, "Shabdam" is set to release on February 28th, distributed by N Cinemas in Andhra Pradesh and Mythri Distribution in Nizam. The makers organized a grand pre-release event with Natural Star Nani as the chief guest.

During the event, Nani shared his excitement for the film, stating, "Aadhi has been my friend since 'Ninnu Kori,' and we've grown even closer since. He's very reserved and never asks for anything. This is the first time he specifically asked me to attend this event for 'Shabdam,' which speaks volumes about his confidence in the film. I've already seen it, and it's a technically top-notch film, one of the best I've seen in a long time. There are numerous surprises, and the film explores a unique angle where sound is used as a weapon. Hats off to the sound mixing team. I loved the songs from 'Vaishali,' and I'm equally impressed with the music in 'Shabdam.' The film is incredibly gripping. Conveying such an innovative idea convincingly is a significant challenge, which this team has brilliantly accomplished. I thoroughly enjoyed the film; it's emotionally powerful. I never thought a horror film could bring tears to my eyes. This film has a compelling story and strong emotions. I urge everyone to watch it on February 28th, especially horror film enthusiasts. Go with ten friends; you'll have a fantastic time. This is a theatrical experience, and I sincerely wish Aadhi and the team a massive blockbuster."

Aadhi Pinisetty expressed his gratitude, saying, "Thank you to my 'Babai' Nani for gracing this occasion, even on short notice. We need the support of stars like Nani to reach a wider audience for a film like 'Shabdam.' This journey started 16 years ago. 'Vaishali' was a stepping stone to 'Shabdam.' Thank you, director Arivazhagan. Many asked why I chose to do another horror film, but 'Vaishali' was also a horror film and a special movie in my career. I hope 'Shabdam' will be just as special. Thaman's music is integral to the film; he delivered music that perfectly complemented the visuals. Technically, this film is superb. I thank the entire technical team. Simran garu, Laila garu, and everyone else have beautiful roles. This is a horror film with a strong story and emotions. I believe horror fans will love it."

Director Arivazhagan shared, "Thank you, Nani garu. I thank the producers who believed in this story. 'Vaishali' was a big commercial success. When Aadhi and I decided to work together again, we wanted to explore sound as a horror theme. Visualizing sound and creating horror was a challenge. Thaman, my best friend, has created music that enhances the visuals ten times over. He breathed life into the film with his music. Lyricist Ramajogayya Sastry has penned beautiful lyrics. I love Telugu cinema, and 'Shabdam' is made with the Telugu audience in mind. This film offers a great theatrical experience. Audiences appreciate content-driven films, and I am confident they will enjoy this one too."

Director Deva Katta praised Aadhi’s acting ability and the film’s quality. Lyricist Ramajogayya Sastry discussed the films songs, including one sung by Chitra. Distributors Sashidhar Reddy, Hanumanth Reddy, and Lakshmikanth Reddy shared how impressed they were with the film and its commercial potential. DOP Arun Padmanabhan, who was also an assistant cameraman for Vaishali, expressed his excitement about being a part of this theatrical experience.
