With the elections looming around the corner, AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy is now all set to make his biggest move ever and in fact a daring move that could set the stage for a big political adventure as well as a strong administrative move.

We have already reported that the YSR Congress party chief and Andhra Pradesh CM Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy is firm on shifting his camp office to Visakhapatnam during March third week. Sources say that his move would most likely coincide with Ugadi festival, by considering it as an auspicious muhurtham to start his operations from the port city.

These moves are already enraging the opposition forces in AP and a huge battle might be in the offing. Jagan is of the firm belief that Vizag, which is already a developed city will be the ideal place to locate Andhra capital, though his opponents say it is quite far for the people of Rayalaseema. It also remains to be seen whether this shift from Jagan will affect the voting ratio.

A lot of fireworks are expected and many leaders might approach courts. However, Jagan believes it is the prerogative of the government to decide where the CM will function from and he strongly feels that there is nothing that could stop him from doing it. Jagan is hopeful of eventually overcoming legal hurdles and creating three capitals for the long-term benefit of the region. He is aware of the challenges ahead but this is definitely a golden moment for Vizag and its future.
