We have earlier reported that YSRCP leader Balineni Srinivasa Reddy resigned from the post of regional coordinator of the YCP. Upset with the fact that he didn’t get a ministerial post during the last cabinet reshuffle, Netha decided to quit the party despite fellow leaders convincing him not to quit his position.
We hear that Balineni, whow as Hyderabad, on receiving a call from Jagan himself, reached the Tadepalli camp office today.
The recent meeting between CM Jagan and Balineni has generated a lot of curiosity among the party members. Jagan and Balineni had a 40-minute long meeting. They entered the camp office from the opposite side to avoid being photographed by the press. Following their meeting, Balineni went straight to the Gannavaram airport.
He raised the Chief Minister's attention to the issues he was having in his community. The Chief Minister appears to have given regard to all issues. According to Balineni, he will only serve the constituency. CM Jagan gave positive feedback on each of Balineni's points. Balineni received assurances from Jagan that he would handle everything.
Balineni made it clear to the CM that the position of regional coordinator was not something he wanted. According to his close pals, Balineni will return with the CM's guarantee.
