PIL on CM Jagan cases: High Court serious

High Court turned serious after hearing the PIL against AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy's corruption cases. Former MP Chegondi Harirama Jogaiah surprises all with his actions. He suddenly wakes up from his sleep and gears up to become active but he chooses the wrong topics.

This irrelevant former Congress politician rubbed shoulders with Chiranjeevi during the launch of his party Praja Rajyam. Now at times, he comes in support of Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena. Suddenly he woke up and filed a PIL in the Telangana High Court requesting its direction to expedite the illegal assets case involving AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy in the CBI court.

He thought High Court will pass orders in favor of him. But he was in for a shock as the Judges turned serious and reprimanded and lashed out at him. The High Court bench comprising Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and Justice N Tukaram turned serious and questioned where was Public Interest in his petition. The court termed it as a public nuisance.

The High Court remarked “It is a public nuisance. What is the public interest in this? It is clear that the PIL was filed by a private party. Being a former MP, it is not acceptable for him to file a PIL with the High Court,”
