2024 AP polls: YCP launches all-out attack on BJP and TDP

The build-up for the 2024 Andhra Pradesh elections has hit the penultimate phase with the mainstream parties devising elaborate action plans for the election.

While TDP and Janasena are looking to sort out the seat sharing for the next election as they look to go to polls in alliance, BJP is left scrambling for cover as they're confused whether to go with an alliance or go alone.

In the meanwhile, the YSRC has launched an all out attack on the opposition parties, and more so, on TDP and BJP which are seen as the notable threats for the Jagan-led party.

The other day, Jagan came out all guns blazin against TDP and BJP, saying these parties have formed a truce and are on their wicked plan to tarnish the YCP government.

Today, Vijayasai Reddy who is regarded as the No. 2 in YCP too has launched a scathing attack on the opposition parties. "These TDP coverts are capable of tarnishing anything. Their party chief (CBN) has carefully planted them in BJP now and they are getting the saffron party to sling mud at YCP. But these scripted political campaigns can't affect YCP one bit."

All the while, Jagan and co. remained rather tight-lipped about BJP while they lambasted TDP. But cut to now, they have left caution to the air as they've started to come down heavily on all opposition parties at once.
