The brutal killing of 15 year old school going kid, Amarnath in the Bapatla district of Andhra Pradesh had sparked a huge spur on social media. TDP and JanaSena troops have been arguing that YCP local activist Venkateswara Reddy is the one who killed Amarnath.
Following a preliminary investigation, Andhra Pradesh police delivered an affirmative report on the murder and the nature of the incident.
Bapatla SP, Vakul Jindal addressed the media in connection with the incident and he clarified that upon initial rounds of investigation, it is identified that there is no political motive behind the heinous crime.
Incidentally, Amarnath was allegedly killed by a man named Venkateswara Reddy. The kid was tied up, beaten up, and later his body was set on fire by the culprits.
The opposition parties have been claiming that a local YCP leader is behind this. There has been an extensive narrative to promote this as a political instance but the report from the Andhra Pradesh police denounces the same.
