SC postpones Sunitha Reddy's petition

SC postpones Sunitha Reddy's petition. It is known that Sunitha Reddy has been fighting hard to get bail for Kadapa MP YS. Avinash Reddy canceled. She approached the Supreme Court and even decided to argue her own case. The court heard her case twice in a week's time and today the highest court once again heard her case.

According to the latest, the Supreme Court postponed the hearing on Sunitha Reddy's petition to 3 July. Supreme Court while passing orders making it clear that the next hearing will be in front of the CJI however sent notices even to the opposite team.

Justice Suryakanth, Justice MM.Sundaresh bench heard the Sunitha Reddy petition today and during the hearing, it refused to give notices to CBI. It is known that the Supreme Court put a deadline for CBI til this month for its investigation in YS. Vivekananda Reddy's murder. Sunitha Reddy's lawyer, senior advocate Luthra brought this to the notice of the Supreme Court bench and reminded that CBI gave an underwriting that it will file the charge sheet by this month end.

If the CBI files a chargesheet in YS.Vivekananda Reddy's murder case by this month end then Sunitha Reddy's petition will become null and void. In the last hearing, Supreme Court expressed its unhappiness at the behavior of Sunitha Reddy.
