Viveka murder case: CBI chargesheet accuses Avinash Reddy. YS.Vivekananda Reddy's murder case is taking various turns with each passing day. It is known that Suoreme Court asked the CBI to file a chargesheet on record and scheduled the next hearing for September.
Officials of the CBI submitted Google takeout, phone location information, and photos to the court.and they mentioned "Avinash Reddy, along with other accused, successfully tampered with the crime scene in the presence of the state police and propagated the story that the deceased had died due to a heart attack. They pressured the police not to register an FIR."
CBI expressed its suspicions on Viveka's personal secretary Krishna Reddy and said they are on the verge of finding more information. It mentioned that Dr.YS.Manohar Reddy told them how to erase the proofs using various chemicals and they are in the process of getting more proofs.
It is known that Sunitha Reddy daughter of YS.Vivekananda Reddy has been fighting for justice regarding her father's murder. She said ""Avinash Reddy, along with other accused, successfully tampered with the crime scene in the presence of the state police and propagated the story that the deceased had died due to a heart attack. They pressured the police not to register an FIR." and added "Avinash Reddy, as a sitting Member of Parliament from the ruling party in Andhra Pradesh, along with other accused, was using their influence to manipulate the investigation and intimidate witnesses."
