Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu appears to have been engulfed in the fear of getting arrested in connection with the IT department notice to him for holding Rs 118 crore unaccounted money in his account.
Naidu has now stated to his party troops in his interaction with them today that he could get arrested tomorrow or the day after, given the current situation in the state.
"I might get arrested tomorrow or the day after. Such is the political climate in the state now. This is a troubling time for me and the party, in general as well. They are trying to attack me from all quarters" the TDP chief said.
Naidu has allegedly held unaccounted money in his bank account to a sum of Rs 118 crore and there is also the standing allegation of scams in the skill development board. All these fraudulent scams have started to trouble the Telugu Desam Party and its chief Chandrababu Naidu now.
