TDP's Chandrababu Naidu is serving the 14-day remand period in the Rajahmundry jail and this is one of the biggest political developments in the state in the recent past. Naidu has been the focal point of the state politics for the past couple of days.
In this context, the latest development at the AP high court has given some sort of minor relief to Chandrababu Naidu and here is a look into the same.
Naidu had filed for quash petition at the AP high court, asking to completely disregard that case against him that has been filed by the AP CID in the skill development scam. The case came to hearing today.
The high court postponed the next heading of the case to next Tuesday and they have asked the CID not to interrogate the case and not to get in touch with CBN till next Monday.
This essentially means that Chandrababu has escaped the CID investigation till next Monday. This is some sort of a relief for him amidst all the chaos that has been unfolding surrounding him.
