Siemens and CBN had a "Cheekati Oppandam" on skill development?

The former Managing Director of Siemens Industry Software, Suman Bose had a strange statement when asked about the particular aspects of he AP skill development scam.

About the MoU letter that was signed by him which didn't even have the date of signature imprinted on it, Suman told "I couldn't check the contents of the letter as there was no power when I signed it. I signed it in candle light condition."

The fact that such a silly comment comes from the ex MD of a technological company is coming as a shocker. Wouldn't be aware of the fact that the torchlight on his phone can generate more light than a candle? Moreover, how could a tech company MD be so irresponsible that he signed an important document under candle light with the lack of power being an excuse?

Now, Suman argues that his company trained 2.13 lakh students and gave them certification. He advises that all these lives could be impacted if the AP government rolls back the case files and backtracks the whole training program.

This raises another doubt, so as to, if the company even gave sufficient training for these individuals. If they are confident that they have done the necessary drills and gave authentic certification, there is no need to be scared now about the AP government rechecking the particulars of their training program.

As it appears, the agreement that was signed by Siemens ex-MD and then chief minister Chandrababu was done in poor lighting(candle light). Is this a metaphoric implication that this was a "Cheekati Oppandam"(illegitimate agreement)? We will know once the facts of the skill development scam are unearthed.
