Before Chandrababu was sent to jail in connection with the skill development scam, he used to say that him coming to power in 2024 is of historic importance for people of Andhra Pradesh.
After the lack of public reception after Chandrababu was sent to jail, the TDP leadership decided this isn't how things should be. They then started organizing several protest events across the Telugu states and also in parts of USA.
One of the main aspects of these protest events is that those partake in the same will be served some great food. These arrangements are almost entirely handled by the TDP high command and local leaders. Else, why will the public make it a point to hold protests after a man is arrested in a scam case?
TDP is understood to have allocated a surplus budget for these protests and they have decided to spend heavily on these public events. They know full well that there's no way the party can gain any public attention without these events and also there is no way CBN can such support if there aren't special arrangements in place.
