In a shocking incident that came to light days after the occurrence, a girl named Bhavya Sri, a native of Penumuru, Chittoor district has been found dead at a well near her village.
Apparently, Bhavya had been missing for the past few days and her family members complained the same to the police. Then, when the villagers went to a nearby well to carry out Ganesh Nimarjan, they found the mortal remains of Bhavya floating.
The police were called into action and the body was recovered. A case was filed upon the insisting of the local YCP leaders.
As per a social media post, Bhavya had received love proposals from 4 boys but she rejected all of them. One of these boys persisted and she eventually approved.
The boy allegedly took Bhavya on his bike and then got together with the other 3 boys who the latter had rejected. These four individuals have allegedly put Bhavya through physical abuse and eventually dumped her body in the well.
