Eenadu gets busted for fake news on Jagan's house in Rushikonda

Eenadu has turned into a full-time mouthpiece for TDP and the publication has now reported a news about Jagan's house in Rushikonda where they have claimed that the entire Rushikonda mountain has been cleared for assembling Jagan's house.

Now, AP fact check department which is used to gun down fake news on social media has busted the Eenadu report and they have come up with a clear explanation on the same.

"Out of the total available land of 61 Acres of Rushikonda in Sy.Nos. 19/3 and 19/4 of Yendada village, AP Tourism Department has proposed to develop the Rushikonda Tourism Project in an extent of only Ac. 9.88 acres. with a total built up area of 19,968 Sqm. in 7 blocks" the statement from the fact check handle read.

"Hence, only 3% of the total land in Rushikonda is being utilized for the project and the remaining 97% of the hill remains untouched. Misleading article in Telugu daily Eenadu falsely reported that the Rushikonda Hill will be completly destroyed and disappear on the completion of Rushikonda Project taken up by the APTDC" It is added.

With this, it is very much evident that Eenadu has started to publicize fake news with the elections not too far from now. But the AP government is gunning down the same with their extensive campaigns on social media.
