The suspense has finally been unveiled. In its latest list of candidates for the Lok Sabha polls, the Bharatiya Janata Party has released the names of at least seven contesting candidates from Andhra Pradesh. The BJP has released its fifth list for the Lok Sabha polls on Sunday night, March 24, 2024.
According to the official announcement from the BJP, the names from Andhra includes,
Kothapalli Geetha from Araku
CM Ramesh from Anakapalle
D Purandareshwari from Rajahmundry
Bupathiraju Srinivas Varma from Narsapuram
Varaprasad Rao from Tirupati
N Kiran Kumar Reddy from Rajampet
In total, BJP released the names of 111 candidates from various states, including Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Kerala, and Karnataka, among others. India is going for the polls starting from April 19 in different phases ending on June 1, 2024.
