Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy speaking at Payakaraopeta in Anakapalli criticised the opposition heavily for coming up with a ‘fake narrative’ on Land Titling Act.
Jagan said, “Chandrababu Naidu has started a false and malicious campaign on the Land Titling Act, another scheme that is good for the farmers in the state. They are spreading false propaganda through phone calls and messages that Jagan has stolen your lands. Everyone knows what Jagan is like. If you ask any farmer, he will mention that Jagan is a person who gives land, not a land grabber like Chandrababu.”
He further added that “In the survey that was done a hundred years ago, the subdivision of land and the filing of records were not done properly, so land disputes arose and farmers and people roamed around the courts. Now, with our Act this whole process has been simplified and made more transparent. Don't fall for their lies. They are all trying to fool you.”
