Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy points out that the manifesto released by the opposition alliance, comprising Telugu Desam Party - Jana Sena and Bharatiya Janata Party has not mentioned key things such as special status to the state of Andhra Pradesh.
During his election campaigning in Kanigiri, Jagan Mohan Reddy, commenting on this said “Did you all notice? It was yesterday, that in an advertisement given by Chandrababu Naidu's TDP in Eenadu newspaper, his so called ‘Super 6’ failed to mention the pension promise. In fact, he has conveniently dropped the promise on Andhra Pradesh’s Special Category Status too!”
Atmosphere is further heated up with the election campaignings from all the contesting parties. The state of Andhra Pradesh is going for the polls on May 13, 2024, while the results would be announced on June 4, 2024.
