Another ‘Star Campaigner’ Anantha Lakshmi from Rajahmundry asserted that the YSRCP is the sole party representing the interests of the poor, and that she along with lakhs of others who have benefitted from Jagan’s schemes are committed to secure a thumping victory for Jagananna in every constituency. Star campaigners held a press conference at the Central Party Office in Tadepalli on Friday.
She further pointed out that after Naidu's failure to fulfil his promises in 2014, he was now trying to present a manifesto similar to that of CM Jagan but that he would not be able to fulfil it as he lacked intent.
Meanwhile the state of Andhra is going for the elections on May 13, 2024 and the results would be announced on June 4, 2024.
