Recently, former AIADMK politician AV Raju from Salem alleged that the AIADMK, formerly led by VK Sasikala, offered inducements to ensure MLAs did not desert her faction. While making political allegations against rivals, Raju said that actress Trisha was involved in the attempts to ensure that AIADMK’s flock was intact. The remarks are tantamount to downright character assassination.
In the past couple of days, YouTubers and Tamil TV channels have aired Raju's disgusting remarks. On Tuesday, Trisha reacted to the malicious remarks angrily. She described the comments as despicable and said that legal action is on the way.
"It's disgusting to repeatedly see low lives and despicable human beings who will stoop down to any level to gain attention. Rest assured, necessary and severe action will be taken. Anything that needs to be said and done henceforth will be from my legal department," the actress said.
The actress, who was last year seen in Thalapathy Vijay's 'Leo', has received support from her fans. Vijay, who recently announced his political entry, must speak up for her.
Trisha will be shooting for Chiranjeevi's 'Vishwambhara' soon.
