Rajdeep Sardesai, a journalist, claimed that Telangana CM KCR would finance the 2024 general elections if all opposition parties declared him as their PM candidate.
Recently, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, an expelled BRS leader, also stated that KCR had amassed vast wealth and would spend it on the upcoming Assembly elections. BJP MLA Etela Rajender alleged that KCR had given Rs 25 crore to Congress during the Munugode by-poll.
Despite being close contenders during this election, political experts labeled it as one of the country's most expensive by-elections. Etela warned that the BRS and Congress would form an alliance, and the people of Telangana must be wary of their actions.
Etela suggested reopening the Nizam sugar factory to provide locals with job opportunities instead of reviving the Visakha steel plant. Telangana PCC chief Revanth Reddy should respond to the accusation that KCR gave Rs 25 crore to Congress, and one wonders how much money KCR and BRS have as the elections approach.
