The Delhi liquor scam case has been being investigated for a long time now. The Enforcement Directorate, which has been aggressive in this case, recently filed the third charge sheet in the Rouse Avenue court. ED has registered sensational charges in this. In the latest charge sheet filed by ED, BRS MLC Kavitha, MP Magunta Srinivas Reddy, Magunta Raghava, and Sarath Reddy, director of Aurobindo Pharma, who are accused in the case, have been charged with new charges. Besides, ED has also charged AAP MP Sanjay Singh in this charge sheet.
The ED has said that evidence has been found of about Rs. 100 crore of offerings. In the latest charge sheet, the ED has also mentioned the issue of hawala, donations, and land purchases.
