TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu attended the funeral of former Makthal MLA and TDP National Secretary Kothakota Dayakar Reddy, who breathed his last today over prolonged health issues. First, Chandrababu Naidu visited Dayakar Reddy's family members and expressed his grief. He was all praise for the MLA, who made the party win three times.

BJP National Vice President DK Aruna, Minister Srinivas Goud, MLAs Venkateshwar Reddy, Chittem Rammohan Reddy, S Rajender Reddy, and others paid tribute to Dayakar Reddy and his family.
His residence was filled with well-wishers and people from his constituency grieving the sudden death of the leader. Party leaders and workers from different parts of the state flocked to the burial ground on a large scale.
