The government of Telangana is celebrating the decade of the formation of the state by organizing various events. On the eve of Pattana Pragathi Dinotsavam, Minister KTR showered praises on his dad, CM KCR.
He said ‘Revolutionary ideas come to visionary leaders like KCR’ He said CM KCR during his tenure announced many innovative schemes and programs for the benefit and welfare of all sections of people. He said CM KCR introduced several revolutionary schemes and people benefited a lot and added this enabled the state of Telangana in securing the highest number of awards in the Swachh Survekshan and Grameen rankings announced by the union government.
He pointed out that when the entire nation was indoors during the lockdown, GHMC staff executed link road, flyover works, and other civic works. KTR said "KCR always lays emphasis on people-centric policies and governance. Regular leaders cannot match his caliber, the Minister "
KTR claimed that many of the Union government's welfare schemes are inspired by the Telangana government's schemes. He said Telangana’s Rythu Bandhu inspired PM Kisan Yojana, Mission Bhagiratha was replicated as Har Ghar Jal, Urban parks were copied as Nagar Van’s and Mission Kakatiya motivated them to introduce Amrit Sarovar. He added that even if the Union Government do not support or release funds for the schemes, his government will proceed ahead with the projects.
