MIM corporators attempt to kill BRS MLA. People talk about the bonhomie between CM KCR, BRS party, and Asaduddin Owaisi and MIM. But much to the shock of all two MIM corporators attempted to kill BRS MLA Shakil Amer. Bodhan police arrested two MIM corporators along with ten people for attempting to kill MLA Shakir Amer.
Police claimed that during the investigation, they found out that the accused were in possession of iron rods and other weapons and prepared to attack MLA Shakir Amer during his visit to Telangana decennial celebrations.
Shakil visited Darul Uloom in Renjal Base and Rakasipet in Bodhan town on Friday to lay the foundation stone for a school building as a part of the Pattana Pragathi program. During the programme, the accused along with corporators Naveed and Althaf Raza, tried to attack MLA.
Bodhan ACP KM. Kiran Kumar said "We will ascertain reasons behind the attack of MIM councilors on BRS MLA soon," Amer lodged a complaint, and following his complaint, police acted and arrested Naveed and Althaf Raza on Saturday, produced them in the Nizamabad court of the special second class magistrate and lodged them at the Sarangapur central prison.
This incident is worrying BRS cadre and party over the security of Shakir Amer. Shakir won from Bodhan in 2014 and 2018.
