Kishan Reddy summoned to Delhi, BJP High Command today summoned Union Minister Kishan Reddy to Delhi and Kishan Reddy canceled all his programs in Hyderabad and rushed to the National Capital. It is known that already disgruntled leaders Eatela Rajender and Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy are already in Delhi and they met BJP national president JP. Nadda.
It is known rumors are rife that Eatela and Rajagopal are planning to leave the party and join the Congress as the high command did not fulfill the promises made to them when they joined the party. At first, they did not even pick up the calls from the National President Nadda but later they relented and picked up his call and left for Delhi.
To resolve the differences and pacify them BJP is making all efforts and they are keen to retain them in the party as the two leaders wield considerable influence in their constituencies and are known as heavyweights. In the midst of all this, High Command summoning Kishan Reddy to Delhi assumes significance.
The National leadership earlier sought the views of the other BJP state leaders calling them to Delhi in the wake of rumors of a rift between them and Eatela and Rajagopal Reddy. It has to be seen whether Eatela and Rajagopal relent and continue in BJP or quit the party and join Congress.
