Will PM Modi galvanize T-BJP? Telangana BJP is in the doldrums and the infighting is reaching new heights. While the party seemed to have weathered the Eatela Rajender and Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy storm by pacifying them, other leaders like Jithender Reddy and Raghunandan Rao expressed their dissent in an even more powerful manner.
In the midst of all this, BJP high command called all the T-BJP leaders to Delhi and many feel that the meeting will be to iron out the differences and make them work together in unison for the party's victory in the coming elections. PM Modi is also set to visit Telangana on 8 July.
Modi will address a public rally in Warangal on 8 July and then lay the foundation stone for Kazipet Wagon Overhauling Centre and address a mammoth public meeting on the day. Modi will also lay the foundation stone for the Mega Textile Park in Warangal on the same day. The Telangana government has sanctioned adequate lands to both the centrally-sponsored rail and textile projects for which the Centre would invest more than Rs 1,000 crore.
Now the question is can PM Modi galvanize the T-BJP with his whirlwind visit and will he make them work in unity to bring BJP to power in the next elections forgetting their differences.
