KTR asks BJP to stop creating hurdles. Telangana IT Minister KTR has been launching a frontal attack on PM Modi and the union government headed by BJP. Even though rumors spread that KTR went to Delhi and met Union Ministers to save his sister Kavitha from getting arrested in the Delhi liquor scam, Kavitha did not tone down his attack.
Even in Delhi after meeting the Union Ministers, he attacked the BJP for neglecting the state of Telangana. He pointed out how the Telangana government headed by CM KCR developed the state despite not being supported by the Union Government. Now speaking after inaugurating the interchange at Narsingi on the Outer Ring Road (ORR), while addressing public said “Hyderabad is a developing city. If you (BJP Government) cannot support us, at least don’t create hurdles,”
He added “Since Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to visit Telangana next week, I appeal to him to allot the defense lands to the State Government. I hope he will respond positively and share good news with the people,”
He pointed out how the Defence Ministry did not react to his request to allot half an acre of land for the project purpose. He informed 150 acres of defense land were sought and the State government had even agreed to allot 500 acres in Shamirpet in exchange. Yet, there was no response from the Union government all these years,
