Congress corrupt, RaGa to get a free eye test. Rahul Gandhi attacked the ruling BRS and CM KCR in Khammam where the party organized a huge public meeting in which he welcomed former BRS leader Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy into its fold. Rahul Gandhi alleged the BRS is the B-Team of the BJP and added that KCR is the most corrupt politician.
Rahul Gandhi promised various sops to the people of Telangana if it comes to power in the state. State Congress leaders like Revanth Reddy and others also attacked the BRS and CM KCR. Following this, Minister KTR took a strong exception and said " The Congress and AICC “is 'All India Corruption Committee”, and the people of India had not forgotten the history of scams perpetrated by the Congress-led UPA government, which ultimately led to the party’s downfall across the nation."
KTR continued " BRS party wad neither a B-team of the BJP nor a C-team of the Congress, but rather a formidable force capable of taking on both parties single-handedly." He questioned Rahul Gandhi's charge of 1cr of corruption in the Kaleswaram project saying "How could there could be Rs 1 lakh crore corruption in the construction of the Kaleshwaram project when the construction cost itself was less than Rs 1 lakh crore."
KTR also offered Rahul Gandhi free eye test so that he could see the development in Telangana and also asked why Rahul Gandhi is worried if BRS expands across the country.
