Will Sharmila's hard bargaining fructify?

Will Sharmila's hard bargaining fructify? Now that the Sharmila and Congress party's discussions are in the final stages, reports are coming that both Sharmila and Congress' High command are indulging in hard bargaining. Congress high command is of the opinion that Sharmila's YSR family background will be helpful for the party to boost its image and improve its fortunes in Andhra Pradesh.

Congress High Command initiated the talks with Sharmila during the Karnataka elections and Sharmila who failed to strengthen her party in Telangana decided to have some sort of pact with the Congress. In the meantime, with rumors spreading that Sharmila would merge her YSRTP in Congress, Sharmila asked scribes to concentrate on KCR's corruption. She also rubbished all the rumors saying she will concentrate on Telangana and will not shift to AP for Congress.

Inside talk is Sharmila is keen to concentrate on Telangana, contest for assembly, and become a minister. Reports are coming that Sharmila is not keen on merging her party with the Congress and she is demanding an alliance with Congress in Telangana and demanding 20 MLA seats and four seats from Khammam itself. But TPCC chief Revanth Reddy says Sharmila is exaggerating her strength and her vote % is less than 1. Congress is furious with Sharmila for sending merger proposals on her own initiative and now coming with such shocking conditions.
