AP Education Minister Botsa Satyanarayna while announcing IIT admissions in Vijayawada sang praises of the AP education system and how AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy is prioritising education enabling students to shine in education and bringing laurels to the state by getting good ranks in the competitive exams.
Had he stopped there, there wouldn't have been any trouble. However, Botsa trained his guns on the Telangana Education system. He said the Telangana education system is inferior and full of scams, malpractices, and paper leaks. He highlighted how many scams happened and how competitive exam papers got leaked and how even politicians were arrested.
But this did not go down well with the Telangana government headed by BRS and CM KCR. Telangana Minister Gangula Kamalakr ripped apart Botsa and virtually issued a strong warning. He asked him to get his facts right before talking about the education system of the state. He said in United AP, Telangana used to have only 297 Gurukuls and now after the formation of Telangana, it rose to 1009. He added that in AP the gurukuls remained the same and they were confined to X class.
He said during United AP also Bosta spoke against Telangana and asked him not to spit venom on the state. He said in TS, government catches the criminals but in AP government sides with the criminals.
