Video exposes Sonia Gandhi on free Power. TPCC chief Revanth Reddy's comments on free power to the farmers resulted in a huge controversy. The ruling BRS government turned furious and ministers like KTR and Harish Rao instigated the cadre to hit the roads and protest vehemently. They branded Congress as anti-poor and anti-farmers.
Congress's top brass went into damage control mode and later Revanth Reddy clarified his comments and said that KCR and Co diverted the media attention from the problems of the poor. In the midst of all this, a video is going viral which is exposing the Congress party and the party patriarch Sonia Gandhi.
In the video, Telangana Congress official spokesperson Kaluva Sujatha was seen admitting that Sonia Gandhi was against free power to farmers and the farming sector and she actually opposed it when the then Punjab CM Amarinder Singh offered free power supply.
Sonia Gandhi reprimanded Amarinder Singh and the Punjab government for coming out such a decision. This came as a shocker to many as Congress often claims to be pro-poor and boast as their champions. Now with the video of Sonia Gandhi opposing free power to farmers is going viral, BRS is taking full advantage of it.
